Plus One’s residential homes can take emergency placements when they have a vacancy and the impact risk asssessment suggests compatibility with incumbents.

In this instance, we initiate a review within 72 hours of the placement arriving to enable us to ascertain whether the young person can remain at the house or whether an alternative placement should be sought.
